Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has urged the parents to keep an eye on their children’s activities.

According to details, PTA messaged the parents across the country, providing a link to various accessible software which can be used by the parents to keep track of children smartphone’s activities.

The message also clarifies implementation of penalty on sharing or uploading illegal / harmed content on social media. The software to track the activity is available on the website of PTA.

PTA has also warned parents that mobile games are for fun, but they can also disturb the physical and mental health of children. Children nowadays are more focused on mobile games than physical activities, therefore they must be encouraged to play on the ground. PTA also urges parents to restrict the screen time and ensure children’s counselling.
