Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif going to address the 77th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York on September 23, a Foreign Office Spokesperson said in a press release on Sunday.
The session will start on 19 September and the Prime Minister have to participate in the high-level debate in the concluding session where he is expected to focus on the challenge faced by Pakistan in wake of the recent climate-induced devastating floods in the country.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will also raise the issue of climate change that the region is facing and also proposed a solution in order to get over this.
