TikToker Nadeem Nani Wala in a video message revealed that the Federal Government had approached him and also other fellow TikTokers by offering Rs 50,000 per TikTok video to Promote & Advertise PM Shehbaz Sharif’s Uzbekistan visit.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif who was in Uzbekistan for the annual summit of Shanghai Cooperation Organization 2022, had sidelines meeting with Russian and Turkish President. Prime Minister’s visit to Uzbekistan wasn’t highlighted and marketed well in Pakistan, so the government decided to hire TikTokers with a huge following to advertise PM’s visits.

According to reports, the Government paid a minimum of PKR 5 Lac to each TikToker for marketing PM Shehbaz Sharif’s visit through their respective TikTok & Instagram accounts with followings of Millions.
