The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will resume its further proceedings and hearing against the former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan for threatening Additional District and Sessions Judge Zeba Chauhdry.
According to media reports, A five-member of larger bench, comprising IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb, Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri, and Justice Babar Sattar will hear the contempt case at 02:30 PM.

Remember that the former premier already submitted an affidavit in the Islamabad High Court for threatening Sessions Judge Zeba Chaudhry.
In his affidavit, Imran Khan said, “I am ready to apologize if the judges think I had crossed a red line.” Imran Khan added that for 26 years, he fought for the independence of the judiciary and the rule of law he also said there was no intention to threaten the judge in the speech.
