Bangladesh beat India by one wicket in the first ODI with 24 balls remaining.

Toss was won by Bangladesh which they elected to field first, while Batting first Indian Batting line got collapsed as the Bangladesh bowler bowled very well. Indian opener Batsman KL Rahul was an aberration in a disastrous batting display that saw India getting bowled out for 186 against a Bangladesh attack led admirably by Shakib Al Hasan (5/36).

KL Rahul struck a fluent 73 off 70 balls on a day when the others struggled to get going and when the side was packed with all-rounders. KL Rahul hit five fours and four sixes. Rohit Sharma played 27 runs innings and Shreyas lyer played 24 runs which bring total India to 186 runs.

India’s innings lasted 41.2 overs and set the target of 186 on all out.

From Bangladesh’s side, Litton Das played 41 runs innings on just 63 balls while Mehidy Hasan played 38 runs innings on 39 balls and Shakib Al Hasan played 29 runs innings on 38 balls that played a major role in order to beat India by Chasing the target of 187 runs.

Bangladesh team chases the target in 46th over just by having one wicket in hand. Remember that Bangladesh got the lead over India by winning ODI 1 of 3.
