While Addressing the inaugurating ceremony, the Governor said special Eid train service will be started from Quetta on the Eid-ul-Fitr.
It is to be pertinent that the train service between Quetta and other parts of the country was suspended last year due to the collapse of a bridge at Hirok station by heavy monsoon rains and floods.
Remember that monsoon rains and devastating floods takes more than 1500 people’s life and also affected the Railways Infrastructure.
The collapsed bridge is located between Machh and Kolpur at Hirak in the mountainous Bolan valley. The train services were temporarily restored from Maach in November last year.
