PTI leader and Senator Azam Khan Swati has been arrested once again for speaking against Pakistan’s Army senior officers The PTI leader was taken into custody from his farmhouse located in Chak Shahzad, Islamabad.

The Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) Cybercrime Wing arrested Swati for using foul and unethical language for Army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa and other senior Military officers.

The case against the senator has been registered on FIA’s Technical Assistant Anis ur Rehman’s complaint. The case has been registered for libel and The Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act. The senator has been arrested under Sections 500, 501, 505 and 109. He was also arrested under the same provisions the last month.

While Taking to Twitter, the Senator used foul language for the Army chief and other senior military officers, drawing condemnations from political and social circles.

Remember that already Azam Swati get arrested for using unethical language against Institutions and now this is the second time he used foul language against institutions today he was taken into custody from his Islamabad Farmhouse. Azam Swati blamed the institutions and said I won’t Stop from the fear of DG ISI or General Bajwa because my Honour has been compromised.

According to reports Senator Azam Swati outside the Supreme Court said that I won’t back off in fear of DG ISI or General Bajwa until the culprits [who compromised my honor by custodial torture] get punished.
