Former Prime Minister Imran Khan was ousted through a no-confidence motion. After No confidence motion Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Members of National Assembly submitted their resignations together to speaker National Assembly that was accepted by Speaker.
According to the law after Resignation former MNA’s have to evacuated from the Parliament lodges & Government Residences but Months have passed the PTI party’s MNAs still have not evacuated the residences given to them by the government at the parliamentary lodges. It has been reported that not even one MNA has vacated the place.
