The former Prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan takes Jibe at the incumbent government for presenting a ‘mini-budget’.
Ex-Premier said that his party would vote against the Finance Supplementary Bill 2023 in Senate.

While Speaking to journalists at his residence in Lahore’s Zaman Park, the Ex-premier said that the government has no right to put more burden on the inflation-hit people of Pakistan by passing a ‘mini-budget’ from the parliament.
Imran Khan said that Finance Minister Ishaq Dar met President Dr. Arif Alvi to seek the latter’s nod for an ordinance. “The president would not be an obstacle on the finance bill,” he said, adding that his party would vote against the bill in Senate.
While Referring to by-elections, the PTI chairman said that the PDM government running away from elections by violating the constitution as it was responsible to hold elections within 90 days of assembly dissolution. “We sacrificed our provincial governments for general elections,” he said, warning of default if elections are not held on time.
Imran Khan said, adding that they were trying to arrest and disqualify him. He also warned the PDM to move to court if the government violates the constitution.
Imran Khan claimed that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior vice-president Maryam Nawaz and her social media team were putting pressure on the courts. “Maryam Nawaz has accused Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial of being biased,” the former premier added.
No US Conspiracy
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan said that there is no US Conspiracy for the ouster of his Government.
Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Imran Khan said that the US is a superpower and our biggest trading partner, it is clear from the things that are coming out that the US had no hand in expelling me, the plan to ouster him as PM was exported from here to the US. Pakistan has good relations with America in the interest of the people.
He said that International relations should not be based on personal ego, we have to leave the past and move forward. Former Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Pakistan always wanted good relations with Afghanistan, during his time he tried his best to establish good relations with the Afghan government, but Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto did not visit Afghanistan.
PTI Chief claimed that former Army Chief (COAS) General Retired Qamar Javed Bajwa admitted the toppling of his government. He said that we had a good relationship with General (R) Bajwa, we worked together and Pakistan was successful in dealing with the coronavirus. General (R) Bajwa did not consider corruption as a big problem. He had close relations with current Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
Imran Khan said that the PDM government using all tactics to stop him from coming into power again. He alleged that Nawaz Sharif using tactics to send him to jail after declaring him disqualified.
He said that he got surprised by the former army chief’s confessions over admitting the toppling of his government. Imran Khan said that ex-COAS Bajwa was a ‘super king’ for having ‘superior powers’ and he was not answerable to anyone.
The PTI Chief alleged that Ex COAS was also controlling the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) but the then-premier was bearing all kinds of criticism.
