PML-N supremo and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has performed Umrah along with his daughter and Party Vice President Maryam Nawaz and other family members on Friday.
According to PML-N Officials, the party supremo was accompanied by his family members including his daughter, senior vice president and chief organizer of PML-N, Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Capt. (retd) Safdar Awan during the pilgrimage in the holy month of Ramazan.

Maryam Nawaz shared her pictures along with her father on Twitter, in which she could been seen in a black Abaya and Nawaz Sharif is wearing Ihram as both are performing Umrah.
It is to be pertinent here that The Sharif family offered Umrah under very tight security with special Saudi guards giving them protection and Protocol during the Tawaaf of Holy Ka’aba.
According to sources after Performing Umrah Nawaz Sharif might hold a meeting with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz in Jeddah.
Remember that Nawaz will be visiting the Kingdom on the invitation of the Saudi ruler. Nawaz Sharif is living in England’s capital London due to some health reasons.
Last year, due to his some health reasons the doctors advised the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz against not to perform Umrah this year.
The London doctors of Nawaz Sharif advised him not to visit the holy land owing to his health condition, sources said.
Now as his health is much better so doctors advised him he can travel, keeping this in view former PM was intending to perform Umrah and pass the last 10 days of Ramadan in Madina, according to sources.
