“Life is an unexpected journey so never expect anything from anyone”. Be patient, Allah is watching,” Imam wrote.
After the third ODI in the post-match press conference, Imam become headlines, after he said that the Pakistan doesn’t have many matches left to experiment with their playing XI ahead of the 2023 World Cup. Hence, he rejected the idea of including power-hitters like Iftikhar Ahmed and Mohammad Haris in the lower-middle order.
However, in the fourth ODI, Imam was himself dropped and Iftikhar and Haris got an opportunity to play in the same game from the management.
Now today Imam once again replaced by Shan Masood in the fifth and final ODI of the series on Sunday at National Stadium, Karachi.
Remember that, Shan Masood is badly trolled over social media due to his slow and boring performance in the last played matches.
