Governor Punjab Balighur Rehman on Saturday signed the summary for the dissolution of the Provincial Assembly said credible sources.
Governor Punjab signed the summary on the advice of Chief Minister Punjab Pervaiz Elahi. A notification regarding the dissolution of the Punjab Assembly would be issued soon after Governor consult Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on the issue.

Two days ago Punjab CM Pervaiz Elahi sent a summary and advise to Province Governor Balighur Rehman asking him the dissolution of the Provincial Assembly.
In the Notification send to Governor with one-line advice CM Punjab Pervaiz Elahi said: “I Parvez Elahi, chief minister of Punjab, hereby advise you to dissolve the provincial assembly.”
Speaking to the media after Pervaiz Elahi’s meeting with Imran, PTI Senior leader Fawad Chaudhry announces that Pervaiz Elahi signed the summary and the advice had been forwarded to the Punjab governor.
Fawad also said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly would be dissolved “day after tomorrow”.

Remember here one thing Punjab Assembly Speaker Sibtain Khan on 11th January chaired the session in which PTI leader and Member Punjab Assembly Mian Aslam Iqbal tabled a resolution expressing confidence in the Chief Minister.
Speaker Punjab Assembly Sibtain Khan announced that Punjab CM Pervaiz Elahi successfully took the vote of confidence. Parvaiz Elahi once again won the vote of confidence in the Punjab Assembly.
The voting process to show confidence in Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Pervaiz Elahi has concluded in the provincial assembly. CM Pervaiz Elahi took the trust vote from 186 MPAs. Speaker Punjab Assembly Sibtain Khan announced that Punjab CM Pervaiz Elahi successfully took the vote of confidence.
