Star Footballer Cristiano Ronaldo signed a two-year deal with Saudi football club Al Nassr.
While tweeting the President of Saudi Football club Al-Nasser said that “The Cristiano Ronaldo deal is more than just writing a new chapter in history. We will move forward with Ronaldo to achieve more success for the club, Saudi sports, and future generations”
He said Star Footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, set a high example for all athletes and youths globally. Al Nassr tweeted on Friday, that “the world’s greatest athlete has officially signed” with them.
Al Nassr is based in Riyadh and was founded in 1955.
Football fans took to social media in order to express their excitement and joy.
“The world is surprised but we always believed Saudis could do it. We are leading a new wave, this kingdom led by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. I am so excited for football and the world champions playing for Saudi club Al Nassr.”
According to the Saudi Press agency, Ronaldo said that “My teammates and I will continue to achieve more success”
“I am looking forward to a new experience and seeing Al Nassr Club is very inspiring to me.”
Remember that Star Footballer Ronaldo is being forced out of Manchester United. In a statement, Cristiano Ronaldo said he felt “betrayed” by Manchester United as he claimed club manager Erik ten Hag and other senior executives are trying to force him out of the club.
