Popular Pakistani music artiste, Natasha Noorani, is being honored by Spotify on a giant billboard in New York City’s Times Square.
Following the likes of Arooj Aftab, Mehak Ali, and Hadiqa Kiani, Spotify recently declared her an EQUAL Pakistani ambassador and ‘Artist of the Month for November. Earlier Pakistan’s new talent Eva B becomes the first Baloch artist to be featured at Times Square billboard NewYork. Eva got recognition from the latest Coke Studio season where she performed in the song Kana Yaari with Abdul Wahab Bugti.

The music-streaming platform broke the news on social media with a picture of the massive billboard featuring the Faltu Pyar songstress.
The caption read: ”Natasha’s noor lights up Times Square.” Natasha Noorani is an up-and-coming musician from Lahore, Pakistan, and is best known for the tracks Faltu Pyar, Choro, Trace, and Apocalypse How? She is also a festival director, manager, and ethnomusicologist.
Spotify, a music streaming website, announced the news on their Instagram profile with a picture of the Laiyan singer on a Time Square billboard. The post also explained the reason behind this intriguing measure.

Vocalist, songwriter, playback singer, and voiceover artist Noorani can do it all. She won the 2019 Goethe Talents Scholarship for her modern pop music and also oversees Pakistan’s most prestigious music event, Lahore Music Meet.
In 2020, Noorani was also a part of the Velo Sound Station and curated the scores of the films Baaji and Chalay Thay Saath as well.
