The Pakistani intelligence agencies exposed the involvement of the Indian Army and its Spy agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) in fake encounters and smuggling activities.
Fake encounters, also known as staged encounters have been a controversial issue in India for many years. Such encounters, in which security forces kill individuals and claim that they were engaged in armed conflict, have been criticized for human rights abuses and lack of accountability.

The Indian Military for a long time used to target innocent Kashmiris in the smuggling of arms and later kill them in staged operations in order to blame Pakistan for intrusion and terrorism in the region.
According to the Intelligence agencies reports, Indian Spy agencies are also involved in drug trafficking.
The Indian Military carries out such activities without getting to the notice of the police in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The officers of the Indian army actively took part in such activities and the Modi government award them with promotions and other high incentives.
Intelligence agencies in their report said that the Indian army is playing with the lives of innocent Kashmiris and posing threat to regional peace.
Remember that already the world has seen that Indian Army has committed suicide rate because of their lack of commanding abilities and inadequate training, on the other hand, their Army is also involved in the race to make show their performance before the Modi government by showing fake encounters in the occupied Kashmir.
It is pertinent that the Indian government was found involved in the 2019 deadly Pulwama incident wherein several Indian personnel was killed and the neighboring country had staged it to defame Pakistan, say agencies.
