The former secretary of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Kanwar Dilshad said that PTI Chairman & Former Prime Minister Imran Khan concealed facts that fall under the definition of corruption.
The ECP, in a consensus verdict in the Toshakana reference, disqualified Imran Khan and ruled that he is no longer a member of the National Assembly.

The election commission directed criminal proceedings be initiated against Imran for misdeclaration.
The ECP ruled that Imran Khan submitted a false affidavit and was found involved in corrupt practices under Article 63(1)(p).
Explaining the ECP verdict, Kanwar Dilshad said that Imran Khan is disqualified [to contest the elections] until the current assembly completes its term.
