Federal Education Minister extended winter vacations in all schools and colleges of Islamabad.
Due to the extreme weather conditions in cold and rain in Islamabad Federal Education Ministry decided to increase winter vacations.
According to the notification, winter Vacations are extended up to 7 January 2023. All educational institutes will reopen on 9 January as 8th January is Sunday. Education Ministry has also directed Private Educational institutes to implement this order and extend winter Vacations.
All public and private educational institutes including schools and colleges will remain closed due to weather conditions and winter Vacations extended upto 7th January 2023
Earlier in Punjab, the LHC also orders govt of Punjab to extend winter Vacations in Lahore. Cold weather and smog are also in other cities of Punjab. So maybe Punjab Govt also extend winter Vacations in all schools and colleges in Punjab up to 9 January 2023.
Keeping the weather conditions in view Balochistan Government extended the winter vacations for 2 months for educational institutions.
