PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur gets major relief from court in illegal weapon case.
As per details, the case was heard by the Malik Mujtaba and Tariq Khan Niazi on Ali Amin Gandpur’s behal and later ordered him to be released.
The additional session judge removed the section 324/395/440 from the case number 85. The judge also confirmed the bail in all other bailable sections against surety bonds worth 1 lac and the binned the 3-day physical remand from the magistrate.

The Bhakkar police registered three cases against Ali Amin Gandapur, including one that includes anti-terrorism provisions.
The ATC judge granted the police’s request and handed over Ali Amin Gandapur to Bhakkar police on a three-day physical remand.

AFter which Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Amin Gandapur arrested from Dera Ismail (DI) Khan.
The police arrested the PTI leader from the premises of Peshawar High Court Dera bench. Ali Amin voluntarily surrendered to the police outside the Peshawar High Court, DI Khan bench where he went to secure bail in the cases registered against him on different charges including terrorism.
