Remember that Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council (RHRC) said that chances of Eid-ul-Fitr 2023 falling on 21st April , Friday were very low as the new crescent will be born at 9:13 am on 20th April and its age will be less than 10 hours that day.
So it is most likely that Eid will be celebrated on April 22 after completing 30 fasting days of the holy month of Ramazan.
