Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has a visit scheduled to the United States of America this month from 19 September – 24 September to attend the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Since US President Biden’s election, relations between Pakistan and the US have cooled down. Former PM Imran Khan also has repeatedly accused the US of outsing him from power, a charge denied repeatedly by US officials and Pakistan’s establishment. After the PTI government its the first official trip of PM Shahbaz Sharif to the USA. According to the reports, the Prime Minister in the USA also meet President Joe Biden where the main issue discussed that region is facing. This visit will help in strengthening the relations between USA and Pakistan.
