The Sindh High Court (SHC) has issued directives to Actress Kubra Khan in order to cooperate with the FIA for an inquiry being carried out in a scandalous and defamatory campaign against her.
During a hearing on Monday, the court also directed the FIA and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to block defamatory and scandalous online content on social media sites against Actress Kubra Khan.
On 31st December 2023, UK-based YouTuber and retired PakArmy officer Adil Farooq Raja levelled serious allegations against some Pakistani Actresses without naming them and by mentioning their secret names —SA, KK, MH, and MK.
Major retired Adil Raja in a video message alleges revealed that Former Army Chief Gen Bajwa & Ex-DG ISI Gen Faiz Hameed used to spend time with Actresses in Safe houses and made Videos with Politicians.
As false allegations made by Maj (r) Adil raja, Actress Kubra Khan responds to the controversy by asking him to provide proof of his allegations against her character within 3 days otherwise she will take legal action and sue, whether he’s in Pakistan or England.

The actress Kubra Khan later petitioned the SHC against “derogatory, defamatory, malicious, incendiary, dangerous and sensationalizing allegations” made by Maj (r) Adil raja against her and three other co-actresses.
Major (r) Adil Raja who is getting trolled everywhere on social media apologized to actress Kubra Khan as she files a Character Assassination case against him.
The former Pakistani Army Major posted on Twitter and stated, “My intention was never to target any women but to pinpoint a bigger problem pertinent in the system. I am profoundly sorry for the distress caused by speculations arising due to me giving initials, which didn’t include yours. I again appeal to avoid speculations without proof.”
After a few hours, Maj (r) Adil raja removes the Apology tweet.
During Monday’s hearing, the FIA submitted a report on the campaign against the television actress, stating that the agency had started a probe into the matter.
The agency confirmed that it had forwarded the case to the PTA and provided the alleged YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter accounts to the telecommunication authority’s focal person.
“The focal person of FIA cybercrime circle, sent the request immediately for blocking of alleged accounts through PTA and provided the tracking codes after fulfilling all the due and official formalities for blockage of alleged accounts,” said the FIA report.
It also said that the petitioner had filed the complaint on the wrong portal which does not fall in the FIA Cybercrime Wing domain.
The court later adjourned the hearing till 23 January 2023.
