The five-member bench of the court, led by Chief Justice Athar Minallah, heard the Former Prime Minister Khan case in which Imran Khan failed to satisfy the Judges not only this but Court expressed disappointment at the earlier response to allegations submitted by Imran Khan.

In his first response to the IHC’s show-cause notice in the case, the PTI chairman did not apologize, offering to withdraw his remarks “if they were inappropriate”.

In his latest and second response, a 19-page-long document, the PTI chairman seemingly opted to tell the court that it should discharge the notice based on his explanation and follow the Islamic principles of forgiveness.

However, in both responses, the PTI chairman did not offer an unconditional apology, which ultimately led to a disappointing court and the court took the decision despite amici curiae suggesting that the former prime minister be forgiven.

Now today Islamabad High Court proceedings will start at 2:30 pm.

The latest Reports are that PTI Chairman Imran Khan will not be indicted in the Contempt of Court Case, announced by the Islamabad High Court
