The federal government is likely to announce the updated prices of petroleum products today Saturday after Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif flies back to Pakistan from Uzbekistan SCO Summit.
The prices of petroleum products are revised fortnightly in Pakistan. According to the Reports Prime Minister’s Office has informed the Finance Ministry about the announcement of the prices.
According to sources, the Government going to decrease Petrol Prices by Rupees 9.63 liter. The price of petrol is expected to decrease by Rs9.63 per liter for the next two weeks, while diesel prices are expected to increase.
For the specified period, the cost of diesel is probably going up by Rs3.04 per liter, bringing the price from Rs247.26 per litre to Rs250.30.
OGRA sends the summary to Prime Minister’s Office in order to increase the prices of Diesel & to decrease the prices of Petrol. It is expected that petrol prices may fall by tonight.
